All new customers must follow this process before placing any wholesale order.
TsuBaki is a premium Japanese shampoo brand and maintains strict standards to protect brand quality and marketplace integrity.
All wholesale buyers must submit their business details for verification before approval.
Once the application is received, our team reviews the business information and selling platforms.
After initial verification, customers will be guided regarding MOQ, MAP, and wholesale requirements.
Approved partners are allowed to sell on Amazon, Walmart, and other online platforms after authorization.
Customers must agree to follow brand policies and marketplace compliance rules.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement must be accepted before approval.
Partners must agree to maintain brand pricing standards and follow MAP guidelines.
After approval confirmation, a proforma invoice will be issued to the customer.
Customers must complete payment via ACH or Wire Transfer from a physical bank.
Once payment is completed, the customer must send a payment receipt for verification.
Our finance team will verify the payment and confirm the wholesale order.
After successful confirmation, an official Paid Invoice will be issued.
Customers will also receive an Authorization Letter for marketplace selling.
Brand Registry and required documentation accepted by Amazon and Walmart will be provided.
Only approved and paid wholesale partners are eligible for these documents.
Customers must ensure all marketplace rules are followed while selling TsuBaki products.
After documentation is issued, the order processing stage will begin.
Our operations team will prepare products according to brand standards.
Shipping preparation will start after final approval from the internal team.
The standard shipping and delivery processing time is approximately 4–7 business days.
Orders can be shipped to the customer’s warehouse, business address, or Amazon FBA.
Free labeling and shipment support will be provided according to company policy.
Wholesale partners must maintain professional communication during the process.
Any violation of brand policies may result in suspension of wholesale approval.
TsuBaki reserves the right to approve or reject any wholesale request.
